Some of their level 1 staff are incompetent, they promise a level 2 person will get back, but they take over 24 hrs to return a useless email. I'm so over them! currently looking for a new hosting company, even considering a dedicated server option. The only thing they cannot be faulted on is ACCOUNTS. They always make sure they get their monthly fee.
