		<description>This company&#039;s servers are down several times a year, THEIR STAFF IS SLOW TO RESPOND ( up to 4 days too slow) Issues aren&#039;t resolved, they try to tell you the problem is on your side.  Some of their level 1 staff are incompetent, they promise a level 2 person will get back, but they take over 24 hrs to  return a useless email.  
I&#039;m so over them! currently looking for a new hosting company, even considering a dedicated server option.  
The only thing they cannot be faulted on is ACCOUNTS.  They always make sure they get their monthly fee.</description>
